We operate on a private-pay, retainer-based model, allowing care to be tailored to each client’s unique circumstances without the constraints of traditional home health or insurance-based services.
Situational clinical support outside of standard service arrangements may be offered on an individual basis following consultation.

Appropriate for individuals with evolving medical needs, recent transitions in care, or multiple providers requiring active coordination.
This engagement offers consistent in-person support, frequent communication, and hands-on clinical oversight to reduce uncertainty and prevent avoidable complications.

Executive
Intended for clients and families seeking a comprehensive, high-touch nursing partnership.
This tier provides enhanced availability and priority access. Engagements at this level are highly customized based on complexity, frequency of services, and family involvement.

Investments reflect clinical complexity, service frequency, accessibility, and individualized planning. Listed starting prices reflect the baseline scope of each service tier and are intended as a general framework. All service tiers are fully customizable to the client’s individual needs. Final scope and frequency of services are determined following initial consultation. Your investment will be clearly defined before any commitment is made.
Situational Clinical Support
In certain circumstances, we may provide time-limited, case-specific, clinical involvement outside of standard service arrangements. When appropriate, this may include short-term nursing presence during:
travel
hospitalizations
transitional periods, i.e., hospital discharge and surgical recovery.
These services are not included in any standard service tier and are considered separately based on clinical appropriateness, scope, and duration.
